Midwest Student Exchange Program |
|
The Midwest Student Exchange Program is a means to receive reduced tuition rates. Through the MSEP, public institutions agree to charge students no more than 150% of the in-state resident tuition rate for specific programs. Private institutions offer a 10% reduction on their rates. Over 130 colleges and universities in Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin participate in the MSEP.
Students can find information about the MSEP through the Access Navigator at http://msep.mhec.org. The Access Navigator provides students with an interactive, searchable database of all participating institutions. Students can access information on degree programs available, the campus’ enrollment requirements, and contact information for the campus administrator.
Interested and/or curious students should search the MSEP Access Navigator for current program offerings and other updated information.
Information taken from the Midwest Student Exchange Program pamphlet which is published by the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC).
